Paperseal Former details

Paperseal Former is a stand-alone system which is designed to optimise production spaces – allowing for higher production.

Although small in size (only 6×3 metres), the PaperSeal Former guarantees high productivity. On one side, there is the loading of flat Paperseal® boards into the magazines and the film reel for the liner while on the opposite side the trays formed and piled up are released.

  • Designed on a small footprint to fit easily into factory space – only 18 square meters (6 x 3 meters).
  • The Paperseal Former allows you to form and laminate all trays within the Paperseal range
  • Trays delivered as flat boards significantly reduce distribution storage cost compared to premade trays.
  • Trays formed on this machine can be used for Top Seal, MAP, Vacuum Skin formats, Slice, cook and Wedge formats.
